Return/Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our main goal!  Royal Soul Boutique offers returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 3 days of purchase.  Items must be returned in the same condition as sent. Items that have been altered, washed, stained or containing body, tobacco odors will not receive a store credit.  Store Credits may be used toward any future purchase and will be issued pending the receipt and inspection of the returned item. Items are considered FINAL SALE 4 days after receipt.

Customer is responsible for trackable return/exchange shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
